Sotogrande wave’s farewell to summer, we reflect on what a fantastic summer it has been. There was a surge interest in purchasing of villa and plots with agents seeing a rise of 25 present over previous years. Once again the polo fields of Santa Margarita were hosts to some of the world top Polo teams and the crowds flocked to the polo after parties held on the adjacent field. The marina has one of its best years ever with the invention of the food trucks ( New York style pop up restaurants ) serving up a selection of typical Andalucían food night after night .
As the wonderful weather has continued in to September we can see why this is a world class destination for purchasing a home to enjoy the 300+ day a year of sunshine on offer.
