OUR STORY

BM Sotogrande Beautiful Mediterranean Properties was founded twenty years ago by Bradley Falconer, a professionally trained architect originally from South Africa who arrived in Sotogrande, fell in love with it, and never left.

Bradley started the business from a modest office in Galería Paniagua, armed with an architect's eye for quality, a deep respect for the Andalusian built environment, and a belief that buying property here should be guided by someone who truly understood what made each home special not just its asking price, but its potential, its character, and its place within one of Europe's most extraordinary communities. Two decades on, that vision has grown into something far bigger. Two years ago, BM Sotogrande moved into its current home a large double shopfront office in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, a building the team were so committed to that they bought it outright. It's a statement of permanence. This is not an agency passing through. This is a team that has planted roots in the very community it serves. From a single desk in Galería Paniagua to owning the building we work from that journey tells you everything about how we do business.
