Sotogrande: goodbye to lock down and ... hello to summer 2020

Dear Valued Clients and Friends,

After a long lockdown, we are happy to announce that we are back to work and it's pretty much business as usual in Sotogrande. Our office is open to welcome all our clients and friends, taking into consideration that all safety measures such as the use of masks and social distancing will be assured.

Currently, we are feeling very optimistic and motivated and hoping to have a very positive second half to 2020.

The Pandemic seems to be under control on the Costa del Sol, especially in this area with very few active cases. Pedro Sanchez has announced that from July 1st our borders will be open once again for international travellers. We are hoping that tourism will resume and that the rest of the summer will be as eventful as it has been in previous years, with increased demand for properties in the Sotogrande area.
